Deborah Marino Cegielski is currently in charge of all Human Resource Operations for Xantrex Technology in the United States and serves as the senior HR professional for the Programmable Division of Xantrex Technology, Inc. in San Diego, CA as of November 5, 2007. Prior to joining Xantrex, Mrs. Cegielski was the Director of Human Resources for two divisions of VF Corporation, a Fortune 100 company. Mrs. Cegielski comes with over 15 years of Human Resource experience from a variety of industries including IT and government contractor/consulting. Deborah’s human resource skills specifically lie in the organizational development, mentoring and coaching fields. She maintains her PHR in good standing and has proven her strategic leadership ability by playing an integral role in numerous HR integrations. Mrs. Cegielski holds a BS in Business Management; and a MA in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma, Norman Oklahoma.
