Philip Joosten Sr. Director

Mr. Joosten, a Dutch national, has served as the Director of International Sales since joining Elgar in January of 2003. Prior to joining Elgar, Mr. Joosten was Director of Marketing in the Public Transportation Division from 2002 to 2003 at Peek Traffic Corporation. Prior to Peek, Mr. Joosten was Business Development Manager for Acterna’s Multi-Media Group from 1997 to 2002. Prior to this position, he was the European Sales Manager for Wavetek from 1993 to 1997. Wavetek merged into Acterna in 2000. Mr. Joosten also held several engineering, sales and sales management positions for Rohde & Schwarz, a European Test & Measurement company, from 1985 to 1993. Mr. Joosten holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and RF-Engineering.
