Paul Matthews Director of Customer Care Programmable Power Products Division
Mr. Matthews joined Elgar in 1994 and has accumulated over 30 years of experience in the power supply industry. Mr. Matthews serves as the Director of Customer Care. He has held this position since November 2002. He is responsible for all postsales customer support, the management of all Authorized Service Centers worldwide as well as Elgar’s own repair facility. Prior to his current role, Mr. Matthews served as Manufacturing Manager of the Sorensen products immediately following the acquisition of Sorensen in 1994. Prior to Elgar, Mr. Matthews was employed at Astec America, a power supply manufacturer, for 19 years, serving in a variety of positions in manufacturing, engineering and sales.
