Matthew Mazzone

Programmable Power Products Division
Mr. Mazzone is currently the Sr. Director of Operations for the Programmable Power Products Division of Xantrex Technology, Inc. as of March 12, 2007. Prior to this, Mr. Mazzone was the Vice President of Operations for Elgar Electronics Corp., which he joined Elgar in April 2005. Mr. Mazzone brings over 20 years of operations and technical management experience to the Company. Most recently, Mr. Mazzone spent four years with Agilent Technologies in an operations management role in their Custom Systems Group. Prior to Agilent Technologies, Mr. Mazzone held positions in Manufacturing Technology and Operations management at Ericsson Cellular Phones and in Operations and Design Engineering management at GEMedical Systems. Mr. Mazzone’s skills include improving the operational effectiveness, defining the strategic direction and developing the capabilities of organizations. He has proven his strategic leadership ability by playing an integral role in a multitude of successful product launches, defining and implementing long term strategies, identifying and improving company processes and methodologies, and boosting production capacity. Mr. Mazzone holds a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. |
