Mr. Ruff has over 30 years of engineering, technical sales, product marketing and general management experience. Most recently, serving in a number of product marketing, engineering and senior management roles during 13 years with Advanced Energy Industries, he was instrumental in significantly growing the RF power delivery systems revenue at AE. During his tenure at AE, Mr. Ruff helped launch several break−through technology product platforms, establishing AE as the number one supplier of RF power to the semiconductor plasma processing equipment industry.
Prior to Advanced Energy, Mr. Ruff spent 17 years in sales, marketing and engineering leadership positions at Tektronix, Central Microwave and Sperry Flight Systems. Mr. Ruff holds a BSEE degree from Washington University in St. Louis. |
